We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders will deliver by our dedicated courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays.
STANDARD DELIVERY - Process and Lead Time
- Delivery will take up to 3-7 business days from date of purchase.
- Orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

- Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your local orders via the DOMESTIC (Malaysia):

Multiple Addresses Delivery
We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
